Domestic Shipping (United States)

We currently ship within the United States only.

Hubitx offers Free Express Shipping on all orders within the United States.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1 business day after order confirmation.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM (Eastern Time) or on weekends and U.S. holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Orders are processed and fulfilled Monday through Friday.

Transit Time

Once shipped, orders are typically delivered within 1–2 business days, depending on the destination and carrier conditions.

Total Delivery Time

The total estimated delivery time is 2–3 business days, including processing and shipping.

Delivery times may vary due to location, carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak shipping periods.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to become available.


Shipping Carriers

Orders may be shipped via major U.S. carriers including but not limited to:

  • UPS

  • FedEx

  • USPS

The carrier used may vary depending on destination and logistics optimization.


Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect address is entered and the order has already shipped, we may not be able to modify the shipment.

Hubitx is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears to be delayed or lost in transit, please contact us.

While we will assist in investigating the issue with the carrier, Hubitx is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.

If your order has not arrived within 7 business days after the shipping confirmation, please contact us at:

and include:

  • your name

  • order number

  • shipping address


Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Send an email to:

cs@hubitx.com

and include:

  • your order number

  • photos of the damaged item and packaging

We will review the case and work with you toward a resolution.


Returns and Exchanges

We offer a 30-day return policy.

To be eligible for a return:

  • the item must be unused

  • in its original packaging

  • in the same condition you received it

  • with proof of purchase

Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.

Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.
