Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- Returns are accepted for new, opened, and slightly used products, subject to condition-based evaluation and applicable restocking fees.
- Normal inspection and light use are acceptable.
- The item must be returned in comparable condition to how it was received, without additional damage or excessive wear beyond its original condition.
- Any additional use, damage, or missing components may result in a restocking fee based on the condition of the returned item.
- All original packaging, accessories, manuals, and included components must be returned.
- You must provide proof of purchase.

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund is approved or rejected.
If approved:

Your bank or payment provider may take 3–5 additional business days to process the refund
Refund processing may take up to 14 days after we receive and inspect your returned item.
Restocking Fees
A restocking fee may apply depending on the condition of the returned item. The minimum restocking fee is typically 10%, but higher fees may apply if the product’s condition differs from how it was originally received, including signs of additional use, damage, or missing components.
Restocking fees are not applied if the item is confirmed to be defective or not as described.
Manufacturer Inspection
Certain electronic devices such as laptops, desktops, and tablets may be sent to the manufacturer for inspection.
If the inspection confirms the product is defective, no restocking fee will be charged.
If the product is determined to be fully functional, applicable restocking fees may apply.
The final determination may depend on the manufacturer’s inspection results.
Defective or Damaged Products (DOA)
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Providing visual documentation helps us resolve the issue faster.
If a product is confirmed to be defective upon arrival, we will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
Return Shipping
Unless the product is confirmed to be defective, damaged upon arrival, or not as described, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Customers are responsible for properly packaging returned items to avoid damage during transit.
Return Label
Return shipping labels are not included in the original shipment.
After your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions, including the designated return address.
Exchanges
If you request an exchange, the replacement product will be processed within 3–5 business days after the returned item is received and inspected, depending on product availability.
Missing Items
If you believe an item is missing from your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
